Parliament Session 2024: The discussion on the motion of thanks on the President’s address continued in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday as well. During this time, many MPs in the House presented their parties’ side, including DMK MP Dr. Kanimozhi. She attacked the central government and also took a dig at BJP’s slogan ‘Abki Baar 400 Paar’.
Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kanimozhi launched a scathing attack on the BJP government. She said that the BJP’s slogan ‘Ab ki baar 400 paar’ has become ‘Ab ki baar choco bar’.
Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kanimozhi lashed out at Modi government
DMK Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kanimozhi NVN Somu raised several issues in the House. She said, “The BJP Lok Sabha Elections Earlier the slogan given was ‘Ab ki baar 400 paar’ but it turned out to be ‘Ab ki baar Choco bar’.” He further said that BJP should enjoy it till it’s over.
Opposition parties surrounded the government
DMK MP Dr. Kanimozhi also talked about the paper leak and said that due to this there is bloodshed in the country. In the Rajya Sabha, many opposition parties surrounded the government, accusing it of increasing cases of question paper leak in various examinations in the country, discrimination against the states and harassing opposition leaders by using central agencies as tools. The opposition parties claimed that the country cannot be run with arrogance.
TMC MP also raised questions on the media
The Trinamool Congress member said that the opposition has a strong role in democracy, but the opposition and the media are being defamed by calling them ‘Tukde Tukde Gang, Khan Market Gang and Lutyens Gang’.
